Procedure to be performed when you forget your login ID

If you don't know your login ID, enter your name, phone number, and the email address registered for your account, and press the "Notify" button. If the input details are confirmed, we will send notification to the email address and phone number registered in that account. (Only devices that can receive SMS messages will be sent notification to that phone number.)

Name Enter a two-byte or one-byte space between “Family name” and “First name.” e.g. When the family name is Koku and the first name is Taro, enter “Taro　KOKU” or ”Taro KOKU.”
Phone number Enter a phone number with which we can contact the person in charge.	Country/Region +
E-mail address Enter an e-mail address with which we can contact the person in charge.

The contents to be entered vary depending on whether the account you first opened is for an individual or a company/organization.
Enter them as follows.

- In the “Name” field, enter “Family name” and “First name” with a one-byte space between them.
- In the “Phone number” field, enter the phone number without hyphen (-).
- In the “E-mail address” field, enter the e-mail address registered to the account. You cannot register a new e-mail address.

- In the “Name” field, enter “Family name” and “First name” of the person in charge with a one-byte space between them.
- In the “Phone number” field, enter the phone number of the person in charge without hyphen (-).
- In the “E-mail address” field, enter the e-mail address of the person in charge registered to the account. You cannot register a new e-mail address.
